Minimum boat lengths will apply to all slips. Taxes are not included in any of the rates listed above, and will be charged on all applicable fees. All advance reservations require credit card information
All leases require a security deposit. Slip assignments are not guaranteed and may change at the discretion of management. All fees are subject to state sales tax and Florida submerged land lease fees
